On any paid plan, you can upload your certificate PDF directly from your dashboard. Our team verifies it within 24 hours and your profile is updated with the appropriate certification badge.
Can I respond to negative reviews?
On Growth, Pro, and Enterprise plans, you can respond publicly to any review and send a private message to the reviewer. We encourage honest, constructive engagement.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your listing reverts to the Free tier immediately. Your profile and reviews remain, but paid features (priority placement, analytics, etc.) are deactivated.
Is there a contract or lock-in period?
No contract, no lock-in. All plans are billed monthly (or annually for a 20% discount) and can be cancelled at any time.
